Flower Infusion Sourdough Bread

Flower Infusion sourdough is a true culinary delight that will make your day beautiful, and delicious!  Use your favorite sourdough recipe and simply fold in 1/4-1/2C of Flower Infusion after autolyse.  Protip for those who like a more "sour" sourdough: use a whole grain flour in your starter, preferably rye; stir in any hooch; and allow for a long ferment in the refrigerator 2-3 days.

Herbes de Provence butter (1TBS Herbes de Provence mixed into 1/2 C butter) is a lovely spread for Flower Infusion sourdough bread.
